What you are required to bring to the team: - Drive Sales Strategy, planning and budgeting process for Hotel Supply Network - Be strategic and drive business growth and profitability. - Understanding the external stakeholders and competitive market to identify market opportunities and direct team to achieve the set goals - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Work closely with business teams to inspect process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement What will you be doing: - Relationship and Account Management - Identify, Contract, On-board and Engage with independent hotels in the vicinity - Ensure Compliance, Training & Adoption of Go-MMT systems and processes by the Hotel Owners - Account Development - Ensure both breadth and depth of hotel availability at competitive pricing - End to end account management and driving sustainable performance of the region - Handholding, Training & Partnering with the hoteliers, helping them maximize their earnings, by driving higher adoption of the hotel management system & proper asset utilization - Ensuring the Hotels meet the set reliability & customer satisfaction benchmarking fulfilment, NPS, and Ratings etc. - Candidate should be able to multitask & drive multiple activities across his set of hotels from time to time - Data Analysis and Reporting - Sharing insights on market and industry with the hoteliers and internal stake holders o Building MIS & market intelligence reports, preparing geography wise and service wise supply benchmarking and achieving them. - Negotiation Skills - Negotiation on commercials and competitive pricing with the best-in-class inventory - Networking, deal initiating & closing deal with the hotel operators - Team Management Interaction Points - Liaise externally with hotel partners and owners - Collaborate with internal teams such as Revenue, Product, Category & Marketing for better understanding of the market and driving key initiatives for growth & brand building Qualification & Experience - PGDM or MBA, with a prior experience of 5-8 years in Sales/Travel Trade/Key Account Management/Contracting/B2B Sales - Prior experience in E-Commerce/Travel/Hospitality industry is preferred.
