About the Opportunity:
- As an HR Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and automating various HR processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- This role requires clarity on HR processes and hands-on experience in process mapping to identify areas for automation.
- Additionally, experience in setting up shared services is a must, as you will be responsible for centralizing HR operations and enhancing service delivery.
- Your expertise in automation tools and technology-driven solutions will enhance employee experience, reduce manual workload, and help HR operations scale seamlessly.
What will you be doing:
- Automation Strategy: Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- HRIS & Tools Integration: Lead the integration and optimization of HRIS systems and other automation tools, ensuring seamless operation and data flow between various HR functions.
- Data Management & Analytics: Automate data collection and reporting processes, enabling the HR team to make informed decisions based on real-time analytics and trends.
- Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement workflow automation to improve productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Training & Support: Provide training to HR staff on new automated processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure successful integration of automation solutions across the organization.
