Areas of responsibilities:
- Drive sourcing capability across our Gurgaon & Bangalore offices for Technology positions
- Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels
- Partner with key stakeholders (Technology team, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners) to ensure timely closure of the positions
- Effectively utilize internal and external sources of recruitment
- Work closely with vendors leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and great candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
- Manage post offer engagements and effective and smooth on-boarding of new hires
Desired Profile:
- 7-9 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Technology product/ecommerce hiring
- Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines
- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools, along with coaching recruiters to deliver results across all channels
- Create innovative events and programs to help hire the best talent in the competitive technology sector
- Preferred qualification: Graduation in B.Tech along with MBA in HR
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
