What are you required to bring to the team:

- As part of the Go-MMT Product team, as a product manager (PM) you will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity. A key component of the Product Manager role is ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

- Your appreciable know-how of technology that goes behind the product, high level of understanding of the impact of technology on the product roadmap, Your passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.

- The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter, with domain expertise, quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious individual. This person must excel at cross functional collaboration, combine creativity with organizational skills and manage deliverables to tight deadlines and have the ability to deliver high-quality work under time constraints.

What will you be doing:

Building Products :

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- You'll Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactful

- You'll own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and quality assurance teams

- You'll define & own product KPIs for your product

- You'll build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product vision

- You'll evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user

- You'll constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

Strategic Planning :

- Proactively think ideas to grow the business volume and impact bottom-line

- Lay out the project plan, execute it end-to-end in collaboration with others

- Track impact closely using data monitoring

- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements

- Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user's and/or buyer's needs

Qualification & Experience :

- Work with Engineering, Revenue, Other teams to execute projects.

- Collaborate and work under stringent timelines.

- Impactfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience :

- MBA from reputed institute with 5-9 years of experience in Product Management role for a consumer facing, technology enabled business/product from e-commerce industry.
