Program Manager - Franchisee and B2B business
Job Description:
1) New Franchisee recruitment, legal and operational framework related to the franchise and B2B business
2) Partner business plan creation, profitability analysis and P&L review
3) Relationship Management with Pan India franchisees both new and existing
4) Create and lead reward and recognition plans for channel to boost sales
5) Develop and update SOPs, system and policies pertaining to the business
6) Co ordination of training programs, induction program of channel stakeholders
7) Internal and external communication of products, sales dashboards, reports etc
8) Inter departmental co-ordination, organize partner meets with business stakeholders
9) Initiatives on BTL Marketing plans, website updates and general management of partner programs
10) Act as a central SPOC for all business related issues/escalations for the channel
