About the role:

As a Product Manager for our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall corporate customer experience. This is not just limited to the travel booking experience but also involves solving end-to-end workflows and reporting challenges. You will have the opportunity to shape India's Travel & Corporate sector by defining innovative solutions to identify anomalies in our reporting framework and improve the overall financial ecosystem related to travel and expenses.

What will you be doing :

- Conceptualise and build features for enhancing post-sales experience of flights vertical, ensuring seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction after booking.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize post-booking features such as cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds, delivering innovative solutions to improve customer retention.

- Drive continuous improvement in customer support, communication, and overall post-flight engagement, utilizing data insights

- Own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teams.

- Define & own product KPIs for your product.

Qualification & Experience :

- B.Tech or MBA graduates from reputable institutes with 2-4 years of experience in Product management.

- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Comprehensive understanding of the financial ecosystem related to travel and expenses.

- Proven experience in defining and implementing workflows to solve business problems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Success Factors for the Role :

- Good understanding of the B2B product management

- Experience in product management, engineering, and marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and is a team player

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
