Senior Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition
Areas of responsibilities :
- Drive hiring agenda for Sales, Marketing, Product & Revenue functions
- Drive capability across our Gurgaon offices to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels
- Partner with key stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners) to ensure timely closure of the positions
- Deliver quality candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
- Manage post offer engagements and effective and smooth onboarding of new hires
Desired Profile :- 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably with 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Track record of success in owning and executing process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines.
- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools, along with coaching recruiters to deliver results across all channels.
