About the Role : The Independent Hotels team is part of the Domestic Hotel Supply Function and this team manages supply from Independent hotels based across India, and has about 40k+ Hotels contracted on our platforms.
About the Function : This role is a critical part of the Key Accounts Management team in the Domestic Hotels Supply Function. As a Key Account Manager, the incumbent would have end to end responsibility of driving growth for mapped key accounts through regular engagement with partners. This would involve sharing necessary business insights and recommendations with key external stakeholders and ensuring a smooth execution of agreed actionable by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
What are you required to bring to the team :1. Relationship and Key Account Management:- Key account management the person will be responsible for connecting and engaging with the "C" level management of the Neo Chains. and will be responsible for the account management of key chain hotels and driving sustainable performance of the account
- Collaborating with partners in the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on the industry's best practices. The role will involve traveling across various cities for meeting relevant decision-makers.
- Also, the incumbent would have to be on the field for 50% of the days within the same city as well.
2. Portfolio Management and Driving Growth for units :- Review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing hotels, plan and execute market visits, review meetings (Virtually + in person) to discuss monthly performance, and train partner hotels on our extranet to enable them to use it effectively
- Building review reports, sharing insights on market with the hotels, comp-set analysis to drive growth for the unit
- Ensuring adequate inventory availability and price competitiveness throughout the year
3. Negotiation Skills:- Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with hotel partners
- Strategize in order to market the hotel in a better way- On-boarding hotels for Ad-tech sponsored, unit campaigns
