Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for annual increments, short term and long-term incentives, promotion activities, etc. across MakeMyTrip and group entities.
- Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of managed compensation programs/processes.
- Participate in compensation benchmarking, perform market analysis to arrive at the right salary ranges.
- Partner with Recruiters and Business Partners on compensation issues, and work on a variety of special compensation projects.
- Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.
What we are looking for:
- MBA in HR from educational institutions such as SCMHRD/XIMB/TISS
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in compensation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong excel skills, attention to detail
- A problem solver and strategic thinker
