MakeMyTrip - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Content Management

Areas of Responsibilities -

- Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content for hotels LoB on the website and App.

- Ideate and design attractive curated content for 5 star properties (Hotels)

- Independently map a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives for the concerned LoB, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.

- Draw Roadmap for content execution, comprising, but not limited to establishing work flow for commissioning content, editing, publishing, and working with the technical team to implement appropriate Content management system.

- Liaison with external partners/vendors/freelance writers and content agencies to ensure that content is complete, exhaustive and accurate across all company platforms (For e.g. details of hotels, pictures etc.)

- Work closely with the brand team on all creative and branding initiatives for the concerned LoB to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of intent, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, and print.

- Leading engagement and shopper and order conversion through content

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and very strong command on both written and spoken English. As a Content manager, you should be able to perform well under tight deadlines, co-ordinate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, have an eye for error and be capable of taking quick decisions.
