Job Description:
- End to end ownership of training delivery & execution (Soft Skills & Behavioral)
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Provide soft skills/ behavioral training to newly recruited and existing employees
- Develop and implement training curriculum using multiple methodologies and platforms
- Design and execute role specific training programs
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Post Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Training and Development
- Excellent communication (speaking/writing) and presentation skills
- Knowledge of soft skills training and development practices, methodologies and processes
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating capability with the ability to establish productive working relationships with senior stakeholders
