Job Description :
1) The incumbent will be a single HR point of contact for Western region
2) The profile will be a generalist one wherein the incumbent needs to liase with the business stakeholders to ascertain their staffing needs and take timely action to complete those without compromising on the quality of the work
3) She/He would be the one point contact for employees w.r.t queries on policies, procedures and processes, assist in quality improvement initiatives for their area of work, handle employee grievances and run the performance management cycle
4) The incumbent would also be responsible to take care of employee engagement for the entire region. This would require the incumbent to travel to various branches to maintain the connect with the employees there.
Desired profile :
- Applicant must be an MBA in HR with good oral and written communication skills
- Applicant should have extensive knowledge of contemporary HR practices and processes. Should have excellent people management skills, skills in designing HR Systems and processes and excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be flexible with working hours
- Applicant must have accountability & take initiative for improving systems and processes. She/He should take ownership for meeting the information needs of internal customers, decision making, take routine decisions and assume responsibility for problems brought to their notice until assigned to the appropriate problem owner.
