Job Description
- Owning marketing applications end to end
- Preparing requirement specifications by working with key stakeholders and internal customers
- Working closely with User Experience, Engineering and Marketing teams (internal and external) to manage the application lifecycle – design, development, testing, deployment, launch and improvement
- Create appropriate project plans, test strategies and processes with clearly defined milestones. Ensure execution against plans and delivery commitments
- Assess the quality of releases through monitoring of incoming bugs and code changes to identify quality issues and trends
- Prioritize and manage product backlog and enhancements for existing applications
- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live
- Manage communication of progress/status within the core team (internal and external)
Desired Profile
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors in Engineering/IT (preferably Computer Science). MBA preferred but not mandatory
EXPERIENCE:
- 4-6 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in Product/Program Management Role. Prior hands-on development experience will be preferred
- Experience with a start-up is preferred
- The candidate should have a high level of interest and passion for consumer internet
