Profile: VP - Business Strategy & Marketing

As a senior member of the organization you will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic decisions for the company. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Makebot's vision/goals and the development of long-term strategy for domestic & international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Outline strategic choices and develop solution themes/ recommendations

- Develop GTM materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders

- Convert strategies into action and drive them

- Support the fund-raising activities, investor meetings and board reviews

- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities

- Play pivotal role in handling new international markets and showcase success

- Own up overall brand management and demand generation for the organization

- As a strategic interface between sales and strategies, you will be responsible for charting and driving the roadmap with the company's overall strategy.

Desired Profile:

- Educational background -MBA from the top institute, 5+ years of experience

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Knowledge of Ed-tech industry, educational institutions, K-12 segment is a plus

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Highly analytical and detail-oriented

- Willing to take calculated risks to grow business

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Proven people leadership skills Must be willing to learn
