Will be responsible for nurturing and guiding the team on constant basis. - MBA from a reputed institution, with 10-13 years of experience in the internet domain, specializing in sales, B2B/B2C sales, key account management & business developmen. - Extensive team handling experience, both on-site and remotely. - Possesses strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret data and work with numbers. - Demonstrates a bias for action and the capability to align the team on both short-term and long-term business priorities. - Holds a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
