About the Role:

- The role is a dynamic opportunity to spearhead the growth of the myPartner brand in the assigned market, driving both reach and influence.


- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, ensuring their seamless adoption of the platform while cultivating strong business partnerships to maximize wallet share and market presence.


- Key priorities include accelerating market growth by expanding the network of active travel agent partners, boosting transaction volume and value, and fostering a competitive edge by staying ahead of market trends and rival activities.


- Additionally, the role involves effectively guiding and empowering Business Managers to align their efforts with overall business objectives, driving sustained and impactful growth.

What will you be doing:

Drive Growth Strategy:


- Define and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the Travel Agents cohort within their respective territory, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable results across the funnel, from acquisition to conversion and retention.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:


- Be the custodian of market intelligence, identifying market opportunities, performing competitor analysis, and crafting strong Go-to-Market strategies to maintain a competitive edge and consistently capture market share.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with Product, Revenue & Category, and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive top-line growth, ensuring smooth execution and consistent delivery of results across business units.

Platform Adoption & Training:


- Drive the adoption of platform technologies among partners by delivering comprehensive training, monitoring adoption metrics, and continuously improving processes to enhance partner engagement and performance.

Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement:


- Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and optimize results.

Relationship Management & Market Influence:


- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with travel partners within their respective territory, while influencing industry practices by introducing innovative ideas, solutions, and products that drive value and differentiation.

Growth & Team Development:


- Leading a team both local as well as remote, towards market and wallet share growth & platform adoption.


- Will be responsible for nurturing and guiding the team on constant basis.

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA from a reputed institution, with 10-13 years of experience in the internet domain, specializing in sales, B2B/B2C sales, key account management & business development.

- Extensive team handling experience, both on-site and remotely.

- Possesses strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret data and work with numbers.

- Demonstrates a bias for action and the capability to align the team on both short-term and long-term business priorities.

- Holds a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
