About the role:

Join India's Leading Travel Brand! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our App Performance Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and others. You will be responsible for driving our digital advertising efforts, ensuring high ROI, and achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies that align with business goals.

2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.

3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.

4. Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize results.

5. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective marketing strategies and tactics.

6. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

7. Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the most relevant audience segments including 1st Party audience segmentation.

8. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Preferred MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, etc.).

2. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in paid marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.

6. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Success Factors:

1. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.

2. Experience with other advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

3. Knowledge of Creative & its impact on performance
