About the Opportunity:

Reporting To: Senior Manager- Brand Marketing

About the function:

Brand Marketing function for Emerging Business is focused on spearheading exponential business growth, by building innovative propositions and clutter breaking communication.

Brand function drives all marketing efforts for the business from ATL/BTL, Performance Marketing & on platform communication.

About the role:

In this role the incumbent will be driving the marketing charter for Holiday Package business at MakeMyTrip and will be responsible for formulating and leading multi-channel marketing growth strategy for the business.

What will you be doing:

1. Drive demand for the brand offerings for both online and offline (store) sales networks, meeting the ROI guardrails.

2. Identify opportunities by product, market or consumer segments to drive efficient business growth.

3. Maintain and build a strong understanding of consumer, category and competition landscape.

4. Develop and implement insights driven brand communication & campaigns, end to end from ideation, briefing, creative to media execution.

5. Work closely with internal and external creative and media agencies, to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication development for the brand.

6. Ideating and leading cross channel media approach (On Platform, Performance, Brand) in sync with the overall marketing and growth strategy for the business.

7. Work closely with cross functional teams (Revenue, Product, Category, Sales) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach, and GTM for new product launches.

Qualification & Experience:

1. MBA from Tier1 College

2. 3-4 Years Brand Marketing experience with an E-Commerce or FMCG brand.

3. Must have managed ATL & BTL Brand Campaigns.

4. Strong understanding of Digital Ad platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Meta & others).

5. Strong understanding of Performance marketing channels Like SEO & SEM.

6. Having trade/ franchise marketing experience is preferred.

7. Having experience with own base marketing (CRM/CLM) is preferred.
