We have an urgent with a Japanese MNC. The company manufactures business and industrial imaging products, including copiers, laser printers, multi-functional peripherals (MFPs) and digital print systems

Job Title : Major Account Manager/ Sr. Major Account Manager-OPDC
Base Location : Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad
Role Overview/ Job Purpose (Basic Information related to the role - A Brief in 2-3 lines)
- Responsible for OPDC sales for global accounts and Major Accounts
- Meet Existing and new prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction. (80% Hunting/ adding new logos)
Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)
- To identify , and engage with potential major a/c (MAMs)
- To Map the a/c s and validate the Potential.
- To develop and engage with high Potential customers and maintain direct, relationship.
- To engage with all the various coordinates and explore cross selling/ up selling opportunities in the assigned accounts
- To meet the annual/qr/monthly targets for boxes and revenue
- To maintain a Healthy funnel in terms of Quality and Quantity.
- To qualify prospect by meeting customers on daily bases to unearth the requirement and to position right product and solutions.
- To ensure sufficient funnel by preforming daily task to meet revenue /unit target month on month.
- To ensure effective Products Demo & POC
- To follow proper process for order execution and to meet customer expectation on deliveries.
- To ensure machine installation and payment collection, by coordinating with service, logistics, sales admin etc.
- To ensure proper customer commitments in terms deliverables.
- Ensure all complaints and escalation are managed within 24 hours
- To engage with Large SI/OPS/ Partners for tapping high value tenders/Orders, Print contracts.
- To meet and convince the end-customers to promote KM products and solutions.
- To address the RFP & RFQ with the help of SI/OPS partners, and ensure submissions of the proposal within the time line.
- Cross functional synergy for delivering better results and healthy working environment.
- To ensure consistent CRM updates. Maintenance and Timely Reporting of relevant sales data. Timely Feedback on competition activity in the defined Accounts.
- To deliver result as per company's Objective and not compromising policies.
Desired Skills, Experience and Required Qualification
- Desired Skills : Preferred to have background/experience of Printer, IT Hardware, Telecom or ICT.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management. Awareness of products and competition.
- Required Qualification: Graduate in any stream/MBA.
