Job Title - Manager - Accounts - Order to cash

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring timely and accurate billing to the customers

- Ensuring accuracy in issuance of credit note and incentives to the stockists and distributors in accordance with the applicable scheme

- Maintain up to date ageing; ensure credits and collections are posted and applied daily, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

- Following up for AR regularly via email, phone and letters and ensuring timely escalation of any overdue account

- Generating account statements and ensuring periodic reconciliations, Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

- Maintaining the credit limits and billing system Ensuring and maintaining custody of accounts receivable files, records and billing system

- Producing monthly financial and management reports relevant to A/R to demonstrate the situation in O2C process

- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting

Qualifications and experience:

- CA with 6-8 years of experience or MBA (Finance) / postgraduate with 10-12 years of experience in managing end to end O2C process for a retail or FMCG business

- Strong in controlling the reconciliation of accounts with stockists and distributors

- Managing sales and collections reconciliations through various channels including but not limited to through Ecommerce marketplaces, D2C, B2B, distributors and stockists

- Capable of managing, guiding, and leading team of 5-6 high performing individuals.

- Understanding of GST and other taxation related to sales and receivables.

- Strong bent of mind on automating repetitive tasks, able to work on Tally and/or other financial software / tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
