Maintenance Manager - Pharma - Plant

Looking for a Maintenance Manager for a reputed Pharma Company in Mahad Location

Designation: Manager - Maintenance

Location: Mahad

Objective: Main purpose of this job is to handle overall maintenance & project related responsibilities of the Plant.

Responsibility

1) Plans, organizes and supervises the daily maintenance operations of the plant.

2) Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff

3) Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance and repair services; identify resource needs and allocate resource accordingly

4) Respond to and maintain order in emergency situations

5) Participate in the selection of plant maintenance staff; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.

6) Participate in the preparation and administration of the plant maintenance program budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures.

7) Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedules

8) Project detailing/execution, reports.

Requirement

1) Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of a site in Pharma /API/Bulk drug industry, Minimum 5 years in Head position.

2) Mechanical or chemical engineer

3) Document/Audit exposure

4) Familiar with ERP-SAP

5) Good communication skills.

6) Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.

7) Able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple activities.

8) Good computer skills.

CTC upto 13 lacs.
