Maintenance Head - Retail/QSR

We are looking out for a Maintenance Head with Top Retail/QSR Brand

Location - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations requirements.

- Ensuring smooth operation & maintaining decorum/discipline by implementing organization policies and procedures

- To ensure 100% availability of equipment for operation, and maintain the record of machine histories like Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown, Rectification, and Material consumption.

- To focus on major/minor failure & initiate Corrective Maintenance to upkeep the equipment in healthy condition and ensure to avoid unexpected breakdown of equipment.

- Directing & instructing down team, agencies & other service providers and following up on the status of work assigned to staff and contractors to maintain the equipment in healthy condition.

- Effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various kinds of equipment to increase the equipment uptime/reliability and accomplish project targets.

- Carry out modifications improvements in the existing equipment/system. Performs routine maintenance checks and keeps records of jobs performed.

- Follow up the annual maintenance budget and implement capital projects according to the maintained capital reserve plan and policy.

- Maintain document daily consumption of electricity, water, gas as per budget, responsibilities for efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, polishing, entertainment, and telecommunication sections.

- Dealing with OEMs, Vendors, Architects & Contractors and monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.

- Directing & instructing Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to arrange training for O&M Personnel on regular basis to maintain equipment in healthy condition.

- Deploying suitable manpower, equipment/materials, and ensuring proper planning for timely execution of the projects.

- Managing Pre-opening and Project Management teams, coordinated with fit-out team and project teams.

- Review and approve all invoices and Purchase Requests involving technical services and installations, machinery, parts, etc.

- Maintain effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and conduct special training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy.
