- Execution of engineering projects for plant set up, expansion, modernization, installation & commissioning of utilities

- Promotion and execution of technology lead improvements in the processes

- Development and installation of Maintenance Program

- Formulating & ensuring implementation of the operational budgets for production & maintenance
