Role: Product Marketing Lead - SMART
- Product marketing lead at SMART will spearhead all marketing efforts for the upcoming SMART exchange.
- This individual deeply understands the new age target audience's everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how the product helps solve customer problems.
- Through close collaborations with product owners, marketing content designers and writers, and product developers, this product marketing lead can shape effective marketing content and drive community growth.
Responsibilities :
- Lead product marketing content development.
- Outline marketing deployment timelines.
- Educate other departments on current product messaging.
- Manage team's marketing campaigns.
- Craft the product storytelling vision and voice.
- Negotiate budgets to execute our product marketing vision at scale.
Qualifications :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Significant product marketing and development experience, especially at exchanges, mutual funds, fintech and with new asset classes
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
- Superb leadership abilities
- Intuitive understanding of how to effectively assign responsibilities.
- Extensive experience designing customer promotions.
- Proficiency with product design techniques based on hands-on experience.
- Prior experience shaping marketing and communications at companies like Zerodha, Groww, Small case etc.
- Global experience and exposure running campaigns.
- Especially in the UAE
