What will you get to do?
- You will lead overall sales strategy by planning, implementing, and managing GTM initiatives that contribute to the sustainable revenue growth.
- The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the sales strategy.

Key Result Areas:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Blockchain as a Service strategies, including innovative use cases to engage and generate revenue from our user base.
- Identify, and cultivate strategic partnerships and develop transformative revenue generation campaigns, build new enterprise accounts and grow key accounts.
- Design, build and develop inbound lead qualifiers and sales strategies to build sales pipeline, build marketing automation processes, and robust sales development processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy and identify new areas for growth.
- Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage forecasts, optimise strategic deployment of funds across Sales growth activities.
Profile Expectations:
- 12+ years of progressive experience across deep tech selling digital solutions/ B2B Tech with experience in selling & positioning Blockchain/ DLT solutions.
- Hands-on experience in leading Sales team, managing complex sales cycles and high transactions, build expansion interventions & drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM, gather and interpret customer data.
- International Sales Experience is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of technology products, market research & consumer behavior
- A graduate degree.
- A master's degree in business would be added benefit.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
