Job Overview:

The Blockchain Sales Lead/Head will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for our blockchain products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology sales, specifically in the blockchain or related industries, and will be adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for blockchain products and services, aligned with the company's overall business goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and training.

- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.

- Partnerships and Alliances: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies, technology providers, and industry influencers to enhance our market presence.

- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored blockchain solutions that add value and drive business growth.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning [Your Company Name] as a thought leader in the blockchain space.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
