Manager - Private Equity

- Buy side role for screening and analyzing investment opportunities and managing existing portfolio

- Conduct industry research, business diligence and competitive benchmarking

- Conduct financial analysis, build financial and valuation model and prepare investment memos

- Assist in deal documentation

- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies

Requisite skill sets:

- MBA from Top B School or Rank holding CA + CFA (USA)

- Minimum 4 years of experience (up to 7 years) with a leading VC firm or investment bank engaged in VC deals

- Must have an experience of completing few VC/PE deals

- High analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills

- Self motivated, result oriented, and proficient with excel with good network within start up and VC ecosystem
