Role Title : Manager, Sales And Business Development

Role Description :

Responsibilities include :

- Handhold HNI leads till sales closure and effectively lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Build & use Lead tracker

- Generate HNI lead pipeline with innovative tie-ups, marketing activities including digital/ social media/ BTL activities.

- Build brand imagery by working actively with Marketing to target potential customers

- Appoint dealers in growing territories & manage effective functioning of dealers

- Support development & execution of innovative sales models including co-ownership, fractional ownership, boat club etc.

Essential Requirements :

- Understanding of the luxury segment

- Sales & Marketing orientation

- Start-up orientation and Multi-tasking mindset

- Technical-Selling capabilities

Desirable Requirements :

- Flair for Marine,

- A combination of Engineering + MBA in education.
