Responsibilities & Key Deliverable
- Manpower planning,
- Sourcing & Recruitment of cell members including Apprentices
- Competency building of cell members,
- Effective implementation of HR policies & processes across the plant.
- Ensuring statutory compliances,
- Implementing welfare system for plant employees
- Ensuring effective grievance handling system for plant employees
- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations
- Liasioning with Govt. Authorities
- Experience of handling Unions is mandatory
Experience (years)- 08 to12 years
Industry Preferred - Large Manufacturing Unit preferably Auto / Tractor / Auto Ancillaries
Qualification- MBA / MSW / PGD (Specialization in HR / PMIR & Labour Laws)

- Experience in handling Worker's Union & Large workforce
- Contractor Management
- Good Understanding of Punjabi Language
- Good Understanding of Labour Laws
- Experience in managing organizational culture
- Training & Development - skill building for shop floor employees
- Working understanding of Long term agreements with Unions
- Good Administrative & negotiation skills
