- Be part of digital transformation projects for Mahindra Group companies

- Responsible for working with business and team members on the diagnostic, digital vision/strategy, roadmap, and implementation/execution of strategic digital initiatives

- Be a digital thinker and innovator with experience in one or more digital technologies - like AI, IoT, Blockchain, RPA, Digital procurement, FinTech and more

- Knowledge of solutions/methodologies such as core consulting skills and frameworks, ability to generate and validate hypotheses, data analytics, project management, identification of risks and mitigation plans

- Ability to leverage design thinking approach for solving a range of Business problems

- Tech/product building experience as Product Managers / Digital business builders, with knowledge of UI/UX elements will be a plus

UG - Any Graduate

PG - Post Graduate ( MBA/MTech/PHD etc.) from a premier institution
