To Handle training and competency building in niche areas like TRIZ Innovation, TQM and Quality Excellence.

Description of the job and key result areas

1) To conduct trainings on TRIZ Innovation, TQM, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma etc.

2) To conduct post Program facilitation for project completion.

3) To handle consultations in TRIZ, TPM, Lean.

4) To interact with customer companies and develop new programs.

Person Profile:

a) Knowledge: TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, TPM

b) Skills: Analytical and creative skills, Good Communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

c) Other Requirements: Self-driven, Open minded, high energy, Can- do attitude, Willingness to travel.

Age (in yrs.) 27 to 35 years

Educational Qualification:

BE . MBA ( preferred)

Experience (in yr.)

Experience :- 6 to 15 Years

Experience in TRIZ innovation, Deming Award, TPM excellence award preferred.

Salary range - 10-13 LPA
