Manager Legal

- Assist with all legal work for the EV sector of the Mahindra Group, including complex commercial documentation and agreements, legal opinions and research, and certain high importance litigations and compliances from time to time.

- The requirement is for someone with 6 to 10 years PQE, and who has experience in independently drafting, negotiating, leading and managing complex commercial documentation (such as M&A, but not necessarily), with minimal oversight. The candidate should be able to hand-hold business on legal issues and help in solutioning commercial issues on high-stake, ]high-value matters. Should also be open to travel on work as required. We are doing a lot of exciting, cutting-edge work, and this is a priority sector for the Mahindra Group.
