Mahindra & Mahindra - Lead - Enterprise Architect

- Excellent technical and analytical skills

- Familiarity with Pillars and Principals of Enterprise Architecture.

- Experience in Manufacturing domain.

- Experience of modelling the Business Capability, design and architecture using UML, Archimate, Sparx or Visio

- Experience and exposure to one or more EA management tools i.e. Hopex, Abacus, Orbus, Sparx EA

- Experience in data integrations solution and design across multiple systems or applications

- Experience with one of the ESB

- Experience with one of the API Manager End to end implementation and API integration.

- Experience of defining, creating and curating best practices, standards and principles for software and application systems

- Experience in architecting solutions across disparate technologies to achieve the complex business objectives of multiple business areas.

- Ability to selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise policies, and ensures they are applied effectively.

- Ability to work and collaborate across organization, overseeing, improving and upgrading enterprise services, software and hardware.

- Ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies and keep an eye out for any software, services or hardware that might improve business processes.

- Ability to develop & evangelize the reference architecture & patterns that will be used across the organization to enable standardized cloud solutions.

- Ability to develop & evangelize best practices for DevOps & CI/CD, Kafka, Integration Tools, Databases, Caching, Performance, API Management.

- Ability to Identify and introduce new technologies, patterns that can elevate the platform across the enterprise.

- Able to interface with several stakeholders and influencing their conflicting objectives in to a pragmatic solution

- Acts as a trusted advisor to the customer on both technical and business issues.

- Fully understands the customer's Requirements, Solutions, products and priorities and maintains a strong cross-functional network.

- Certification of Togaf, Archimate, Cloud Certification

- Real world architecture experience is essential with practical experience of defining enterprise wide technical solutions, documenting them and driving them to delivery.

- Experience of Migrating SOA services into APIs

- Experience on GCP, AWS and Azure

- Experience on Data and Architecture governance

- Experience of Architecture review board and Architecture Governance.

. Should be able to create the execution roadmap and estimate the efforts.
