Mahindra & Mahindra - Lead - Budgeting

- Budget planning and strategy

- Integration of technology budgets with strategy and technology roadmap of Mahindra Digital Engine (MDE)

- Manage end to end technology budget process for capex as well as opex budget.

- Providing system support to facilitate budget consolidation

- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and delegation of authority.

- Operationalisation of Budgets

- Ensure timely availability of budgets for scheduled consumption. Ensure that the approved budget plan is made available through system for utilisation.

- Operationalise budgets through SAP system (PS/MM) and other integrates systems.

- Communicate and explain the budget plan to IT/Accounts functions of M&M and Group companies. Answer related queries.

- Interact with accounts to provide monthly / annual provisions.

- Tracking and visibility

- Build MIS, analytics and dashboards to provide timely information to all stakeholders

- Develop processes to make budgets visible to users and allocations easily understandable

- Provide leadership to technology budget team members for ensuring job enrichment, learning and career growth.

- Education level - B.Com with CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA Finance

Experience :

- 15+ years in F&A / related functions, background of budgeting and IT systems.

- Specific skills. - Understanding business strategies, performance plans, goals and objectives, and linkage to technology budgeting strategies, goals and objectives. Understanding of IT /Digital technologies, Policy/ Process Management / improvement, Relationship Management, collaboration and teamwork.

- Proficiency in Spreadsheets/MS EXCEL, Analytics tools, SAP modules of PS/MM/FI/CO
