Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services - Manager - SME

Job Purpose Statement :

- To analyze, develop, maintain and Expand the SME business portfolio in assigned geography

Duties & Responsibilities:

New Business & Product Development:

- Analyze the market for the products and do market research.

- Planning & execute market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.

- Meet with new customers for sourcing, assistance in business development activities.

- To establish strong marketing channels in the assigned territory through market research policies.

- Develop suitable products for new business opportunities

Credit Assessment:

- Perform detailed credit analysis, field visit of the cases. Coordinate for credit risk assessment.

- CAM preparation and analysis of financial statements.

- Present the analysis to the committee for approval through Head - SME.

Operations & Monitoring:

- Coordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.

- Post-disbursement monitoring, Company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality

- Relationship management with the companies.

- Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company

Professional Qualification:

- Engineering background with an MBA degree is preferable with experience in Business development/credit of 2 years.
