- Relevant experience in handling all secretarial compliances of a Company interalia including
- Conducting board / General meeting, postal ballot etc, including drafting of notice, agenda and minutes,
- Liaisoning with Govt. authorities. Company Law Board.
- Acquisitions, Mergers/Demergers under 391 - 394.
- Implementation of ESOPS / RSUs and management of the same.
- Corporate actions such as Split of shares dividend distribution,
- Investor relations.
- Issuance of FCCBs/GDRs
- Buyback of shares
Preferred exposure:
- Solid work experience in a big Corporate Secretarial having shouldered heavy responsible jobs and duties.
Experience:
- Deep involvement and experience in Corporate Secretarial set up of any big organization having associates and subsidiaries.
Personal Profile:
- Qualification: ACS. Additionally, a degree in law is preferred.

- Good drafting skills, proficiency in PC operation, ability in compiling, editing of data and presentation of reports and statements, and overseeing the activities and familiarisation with all secretarial functions.
