- To drive multiple lines of businesses like DC ops, DC+Spoke FC ops along with transportation.
- End to end ownership of operations for the region
- People development, team building
- Contract employees and Vendor Management
- Customer deliverables as per SLA
- Delivering business growth with new clients and existing clients
- Developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships
- Ensuring business growth and margin targets are met
- Knowledge of logistics market
- Developing a field operations team
- Developing Customer Relationships translating into business growth & P&L experience is a must
