- Develop road map in line with business strategy to drive structured cost reduction program, productivity improvement, process standardization across the entire business
- Driving a culture of continuous improvements by building capability of employees on QC tools, problem solving approach, Six Sigma, Lean Management, Warehouse, SLF, Tx Excellence
- Implementing projects through the use of Lean Six Sigma approach for assigned vertical
- Implementing Productivity improvements, Process improvements etc in WH, store & Linefeed, Transportation activities at various locations to achieve KPI and drive benchmark business performance
- Must have hands on experience in driving improvements around the areas of Gross Margin, Productivity, Layout, Inventory, MHE Management, Workflow, Processes, IT tech deployment, Packaging improvements
- Should have hands on experience on deployment of Automation in WH, SLF industry
- Exposure to FMCG and multi customer facility is preferred. Implementation of WH projects with exposure to MHE and resource management is preferred
- Should be a self-starter and business driver. Strong Project management skills required
- Hands-on experience of using statistical tools & techniques (Like SPSS) & logical reasoning to analyse results.
- Should have excellent hands on experience in using MS Office tools (Excel, Advance Excel, Power BI & Power point ) and Minitab, MS Power BI to analyse huge data sets and drive insights for improvements
