Mahindra Logistics - Lead - Warehouse Management System

Job Description :

- Analyse current solution architecture & design and propose solutions that increase business value, optimize performance and enhance quality.

- Lead process flow simulations for showcasing solution capability and benefits to prospective customers.

- Responsible for optimization of the offered solutions

- SPOC between customer and MLL Vertical / Functional head for Solution design and deployment.

- Manage complete project delivery by proper resources management, schedules, and budgets

- Provide functional consulting services for Warehouse layout and define & design process maps for Distribution operations.

- Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices and meet requirements.

- Gather information from business and document the requirements (BRD).

- Lead agile solution delivery including storyboards, wireframes and user stories.

- Identify technology dependencies, current backup methodologies, technologies and critical components

- Manage & mitigate the risks associated with the proposed solution.

- Chair meetings to capture customer requirements and evaluation / analysis of their data.

- Guiding/Mentoring team member for achieving their objectives.

- Assessing the employees and providing/ facilitating/recommending trainings based on needs.

- Grooming and preparing employees for their next role.

- Train the trainers on the built applications & hand hold them in using
