Deputy General Manager - Strategy
Candidate Requirement :
1. MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a top university
2. Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in a strategy / planning role
3. Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with solid business judgment
4. Clear thinker with significant tolerance for ambiguity
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. A "can-do" attitude and ability to interact with senior executives
7. Strong team player and ability to collaborate cross-function
8. Good project and team management capabilities
Job Description :1. Design MLL strategy to validate hypotheses and build out where and how to play for MLL
2. Run point on M&As
3. Research and analyses including key industry trends, major players and competition, financial analyses, modeling and projections
4. Create presentations to clearly articulate the insights driven by research and analysis
5. Solve complex business problems - build a framework for defining the problem and solution, deal with ambiguity, find creative ways to analyse the problem, and synthesize insights to generate solutions
6. Collaborate with verticals and functions on strategy implementation (Balanced Score Card development and deployment, initiatives tracking, support on key initiatives)
