Job Description:

- Should have sound technical knowledge & relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control

- Should be able to monitor / Inspect & take appropriate actions to ensure adherence to execution SOPs.

- Should be able to initiate and implement Quality improvements across all projects

- Should have good English, Hindi communication skills to do various quality training programes for Engineers, Supervisors, Workers (on Process quality, Product quality, TQM training etc.)

- Should be a good team player and have right attitude, interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams.

- Should ensure MLDL Quality management system requirements are met & enhanced consistently

- Quality auditor, Post graduate diploma in construction management would be an added advantage.
