Overview:

Paybima Insurance Broker Firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing and implementing brand strategies, and managing paid media campaigns to generate awareness, increase followers, build community, and lead the lead generation program for Paybima brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, ShareChat & Moj.

- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.

- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and interaction.

Brand Strategy Development and Implementation:

- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including digital, print, and offline channels.

- Identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.

- Monitor and analyze brand health metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies as needed.

Paid Media Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels including PPC, display ads, retargeting, and social media advertising.

- Manage budgets and performance tracking to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve paid media strategies and tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 8-10 experience in brand management, digital marketing, and social media.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand and social media strategies.

- Preferred strong understanding of the insurance industry, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
