Mahindra Holidays & Resorts - Sales Development Manager

- Planning, designing and launching special incentives/contests

- Designing and launching monthly, quarterly, yearly incentives (R&R)

- Incentive calculation and finance provisioning for final payout

- Co-ordinating with finance for releasing the payout

- Design incentive programme for entire sales hierarchy

- Prepare C&I targets basis inputs from branches and standard checks

- Release interim dashboards/leaderboard on the contests launched

- C&I Automation

- Deciding monthly theme in co-ordination with Marketing

- Planning quarterly launch events

- Resolving queries of the sales team pertaining to incentives/contests
