Key Accountabilities :
- Identify a list of potential corporate prospects with employees likely to purchase our Fundays product.
- Basis market intelligence and discussions, shortlist corporate prospects who would be interested in purchasing our Fundays product
- Initiate contact & Meet with the potential prospects including making cold calls for making a pitch for sale of our Fundays product
- Ensure closure of queries and clarifications, with a view to convert the prospect to sale
- Post closure of a sale with a Corporate client, effectively onboard the client onto our system and guide them on the various processes for utilizing the membership seamlessly
- Interact, nurture existing clients, and help them buy additional top-ups onto their existing membership
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients through proactive meetings and resolving all their queries / complaints / escalations within the prescribed TAT
- Put a process into place for collection of Annual Subscription Fees on an annual basis without any defaults
- Implement a dashboard for thorough analysis of the opportunities for growth of the Fundays business and improving our after sales service
SKILLS & MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong analytical + verbal communication skills
- Result orientated
- Ability to spot and utilize opportunities
- Should be a Team player, Passionate, energetic and a fast learner
- Excellent sales & marketing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work in a target driven sales environment
- 12 - 14 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales
- PGDM/MBA (any specialization)
