We are looking for a dynamic Technology Lead who will own a significant portion of our architecture, applications and technology landscape and will operate with autonomy and support, ensuring a mix of freedom, learning and educating.  - Manage multiple interfaces (internal and external), relationships and communication to ensure software delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer requirements, but also adds value to the business.  - Manage and lead design, development, and maintenance projects, to meet their Scope, Quality, Time, and Budget. - Responsible for Team and People management.  - Manage the performance and career development of a team of engineers.  - Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wide critical programs.  - Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.  - Responsible for full lifecycle of software engineering project (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of the targets) within agreed quality, time, budget, and other agreed SLAs.  - Lead the team to resolve technical challenges, lead unit level initiatives to build technical competency to meet the needs of the team or unit.  - Promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes.  - Design and build advanced applications from scratch keeping scalability and performance in mind  - Good handle on both client and server architecture for both mobile and web  - Should be comfortable starting from scratch and wear multiple hats at times of need as in any other start-up.  - Should be a quick learner and willing to go the extra mile in delivering the projects.  - Should be able to manage remote tech teams and deliver projects  - Should be able to work with business stakeholders remotely  - Should be able to work with Vendors teams  - Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers  - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.  - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.  - Comfortable in owning large scale products and continuously re-evaluating and innovating  - A practical risk-taker, innovator and always curious  Desired Candidate Profile  Requirements :  - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject  - 8+ years overall experience  - At least 3 year's relevant experience in designing medium scale solution architectures  - Proven software development experience  - Strong knowledge on Agile development (Scrum) & Waterfall SDLC  - Strong experience in working with Business stakeholders & Vendors  - Proven working experience in server side technologies like PHP, .Net, RESTFul Webservices.  - Strong knowledge of any database technology like MySql, MS SQL  - Strong knowledge of Apache/ IIS /Tomcat Web/App Servers  - Understanding of CMS like Drupal  - Awareness of client side technologies like JQuery  - Knowledge of the general tech landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies  - Any mobile development experience of Android or iOS.  - Should have knowledge of security, encryption, HTTPS etc  - GUI technologies (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap)  - Knowledge of Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)  - Understanding of Servers (Linux/Windows)  - Prior working experience on an e-commerce platform or a start-up will be a huge plus  - Any big data technology experience
