Job Purpose :
- Manage the HR and Administration functions for the branch and enable a seamless business performance
Accountabilities :
- Ensure Manpower as budgeted is in place at all times in the branch
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for all new hires
- Plan and conduct various employee engagement activities at the branch on an ongoing basis
- Complete performance management exercise in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze attrition trends for the branch and plan various programs in consultation with the Zonal HR Manager and the Branch Manager to reduce attrition levels
- Ensure timely and accurate inputs into the SAP system and report accordingly
- Ensure complete compliance under various statutes and take necessary corrective actions as needed
- Manage and control all administration activities including costs at the branch location to help optimization of resources
- Ensure generation and sharing of timely and accurate HR MIS on a periodic basis
