Location - Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive Plant, Kandivali (E), Mumbai

Job description :

- Coordination of the Accounts Department activities for Online Market Place; 2) Liason with Banks, Auditors; 3)Ensuring that the Financials are accurate and timely; 4) Ensure adequate controls & processes;

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly Financials

Statutory Compliance : WCT/VAT/SERVICE TAX/TDS/I.TaxPF/PT/ESIC/LWF (Jointly with HR). Tax compliances in case of Carworkz.

- Ensure accurate Budget as per timelines

- Carworkz operations- setting & review of processes and proper accounting

- Coordination to ensure timely completion of Statutory & Internal audits

- Supervising and implementing a strong Internal control

- Supervision of Accounting relating to Nodal Account transactions and ensuring compliances of RBI regulations.

Functional skills required to execute the role :

- Knowledge of Accounting, Accounting standards, Tax laws- Direct & Indirect
