Job Purpose Statement:
Develop, Deploy & Drive Talent Acquisition by meeting all Manpower Requirements for all open positions within the Organisation. Maintain a Talent Pool for Critical Business Functions at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete recruitment as per agreed deliverables for all Functions
- Work Closely with the Country GroupHR, Zonal HR & Regional HR Teams for deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget.
- Monitor & Control the Manpower Budget
- Deploy the Campus Connect Program and maintain a Talent Pool for all Critical Business Functions
- Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Mid-Managerial & Leadership Roles across the organisation.
- Drive the On-boarding Program across the country to ensuring smooth on-boarding for all new hires, thereby, ensuring timeliness in administrative activities like issuance of ID cards, appointment letters, completion of employee file, pre-employment verification, etc.
- Preparing & Monitoring suitable metrics in adherence to the pre-set standards to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment & onboarding function
- Handle Internal Talent Positioning Process for filling vacancies from within
- Vendor Management
Key Challenges:
- Minimizing Wage Bill Impact by controlling Compensation Offered across Country for all hires, to minimize budgets
- Monitoring PAN India activities
- Coordination with HODs and Sr.Management for Senior Level Recruitments
- Timely Closures
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
Masters in Human Resource Management (MBA/MMS/PGDM) + minimum 7-8yrs experience of which at least 5yrs has to be recruitment specialist.
Should have handled talent acquisition at National Level or at least Zonal level.
Knowledge Skills & Attitudes

IMPORTANT PREREQUISITES TO APPLY:
- Candidates should have experience in Work Force Planning, Campus selections, Senior Leadership and Mass Scale Recruiting exposure and internal talent movements and positioning
- Candidates should have exposure to working with competency based processes and psychometric tools in recruiting
- Current CTC of candidate should not exceed 12lpa including variable pay
- Candidate must be exposed to a large scale service organization and handled a corporate role with and employee strength of at least 3000+ employees
- Only local candidates from Mumbai may apply.
- Candidates with NBFC / BFSI exposure are preferred however not mandatory.
Educational Qualification:
MBA-HR (or equivalent before 2007 only) with 7-8yrs relevant experience post qualification.
