Mahindra Finance - Product Manager - Manthan

We are looking for a candidate from NBFC, Banking or Insurance background for our Operations team, based out of HO - Worli, Mumbai.

Job Purpose:

Manthan is the business vertical within Mahindra Finance responsible for deepening of existing relationships with 'good performing' MMFSL customers through new products and simplified low-touch processes. To achieve this objective, Manthan should also create new small ticket loan products through partnerships with multiple goods and services providers relevant to MMFSL- s existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for development of new products for existing customers.

b. Understanding customer needs / requirements for new products

c. Understanding requirements of potential partners - including their distribution channels, operations teams, marketing teams

d. Development of new product features, policies and processes to meet requirements of all stakeholders (including internal stakeholders)

e. Design and execution of pilots for new products

f. Design of digital processes for end-state

g. Working closely with IT, digital teams to execute pilots as well as for end-state system development.
