- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts, specifically digital lending contracts and SLAs,

- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance.

- Vetting, creating, modifying, and negotiating all kinds of documents to be executed by the company.

- Standardization of documents and preparing Sop's, Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Execution team as necessary

- Implement complete improvement opportunities throughout contract cycle.

- Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.

Key tasks:

- Legal Review and Vetting of all agreements, documents, letters and alike to be entered into by Mahindra Finance Services Sector ("FSS") and sharing comments on the same

- Drafting of tailor-made documents for novel transactions basis the requirement indicated by business

- Advising new documentation , Standard operating processes and compliances from legal perspective

- Negotiation calls with counterparties to discuss and agree upon the terms of the contract

Decision Making Authority:

- Initial structuring and aligning the draft agreements with our standard legal position and negotiation with counterparties to persuade them to agree to our standard position is done by the resource itself

- Any substantial deviation from our standard legal position needs to be discussed with reporting manager .
